How do you use the forum?
How do you use the forum?
I've noticed that things I post in 'Bike Chat' seem to get far more views / replies than those I post in the subsections such as 'racing / sport' (or whatever it's called). Often the other stuff only gets a reply off a select few which makes me think some use the forum differently from others
I always use Tapatalk which I've got set to show all unread posts from the entire forum, so it doesn't matter to me where it's posted as I'll see it all, but am curious if some only look at the bike chat bit?
Of course there's a good chance my other posts are just not interesting enough (thought I'd get that in there before someone else does!) but wanted to check?

Apparently this has had 28 views within 2 minutes... Some of that must be bots or something, are there even 28 regularly active members at the moment??

First I go with the notifications, then check the unread filter.

I browse via my smartphone Chrome app and hit NEW POSTS.

Re: How do you use the forum?
I find it easy enough on an iPad , it logs in automatically ( remembers my ID). Then I go to the little square in the top left hand corner, down to new posts. With it being a tad quiet at present , even though it has got slightly more busier since the latest change, it shows the Latest postings which can then be opened quite easy.

Fair enough, unread seems to be the way most people look, regardless of how they access it
Although maybe the people who don't reply often might do it another way, meh!
