With my job that taking cars to people after RTA,s and picking em after all over Manchester
I can tell you that the East Lancs is one to be watched cameras in lay byes and at junctions
And bridges before the Crescent area that 20 mph is enforced around the Crescent and a few
Of my colleagues have had notices etc.... Sorry to be the bringer of gloom but no doubt things
could improve....set off a tad earlier maybe we travel from Haydock Park daily drivers have had
