looking for a jump bike

Post by lee » 22 Jun 2015, 20:26

Ok.
Long shot but my nephew is after a single speed jump bike. (Pedal bike).
Preferably 26" wheel size.
Hes seen one in halfords but tbh its not going to be much good.

If anyone has one or knows of one for sale let me know.

Cheers.

My good friend gave me a GT lobo mountain ? It's an old school classic

When it's back rolling few new parts needed an my ankles healed properly I'll be trying to bash my self up by pedal power around gisburn forest

I found my last jump bike off eBay took me about two weeks find one at the right price

Managed to speak to my mate just, going to pop over to his now. Said he's keeping hold of that one but he had one he was building years ago, jump frame, ridgid jump forks, bars etc but has no wheels, chain, brakes and gear changer. Now i know wheels can be had in ebay for £60, fixed gear is £15, and brakes anything from £30 (full kit) upwards.

Probably cheaper looking for a monty, DDG,Onza,Ossa or similar on ebay ending soon at a low price, i was going to buy one for you yesterday @£50 but the guy wouldn't box up and post (was in Kent)

Even though my legs are short, I reckon with a long enough run up I should be able to jump a bike
