I need a good builder, anyone on here one?

Basically I'm after a builder to look over a house for me, half an hours work just to scope out any potential problems with my future home. I'd go for a surveyor but to be honest I trust builders more!

And yes I know people will say ask Dayo but he's usually got a fair bit on.
