had a few fires like that in Southport , A big nightclub on the prom was going to be sold as a millionaires flat development, planning was approved at the last min after months of negotiation , then it was burned to the ground.

Tescos usually pop up around 12 months later with a new store on these burned areas ..hmmmm every little counts
