Stop wearing the glasses. Simples.

Rub a minute drop of washing up liquid in your glasses lens and get a rag and rub in till the lens is clear, should stop them fogging

I have pin lock does the job first time I have used one in 10 years and love it and bob heath visor clear on specs no more misting up job done.

As for the glasses if you pee on them and let them dry they will never mist up again.

Bit of anti mist spray on inside of your glasses - works for me - think I use the Bob Heath stuff but can't be bothered to go and look for me bottle to check name right now

Point the tubes out of your lid so your breath doesnt go on your glasses
