Well more last night went up to Southport only biker there and took a different way home hit some nice roads

Road bike trackday at donnington, all round top day out and the bikes made it home in one piece. well at least ours did, others weren't so lucky :(Image

Sorting out a set of seized Capri callipers.
Here's a good tip if any of you need to remove seized pistons, attach to a grease gun and pump them out. Works every time

Nice one mate, love old Fords. I had a Mk1 Escort RS1600 in the early 80's, I'd love another but they're silly money now.

The price of these 4 doors are rising too.
This is a good and solid car, we had to travel to Dunbarton to pick it up though!
I think the plan is a Zetec bottom end with 8v RS Turbo head etc, ZVH was a popular mod with the Mk4 RS Turbo.

No mate it's my cousin's
He's sticking with the wheels.
We built a nice mini a few years ago, with a Vauxhall engine & allspeed subframe.
Lovely car with nice power, that's made way for this.
