Nectar points

Post by SMUDGER » 01 Dec 2015, 20:06

Ok so I collect them.
Whilst browsing there offers on my app I came across this
Image

So I wasn't happy as none of my bikes or in fact 98% of bikes can hold £30.
I think 10% of petrol users are motorcyclists.so I emailed them I will update what they say

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I would like to inform you that we at Nectar only keep the records of the points wherein we check how many points you've collected and spent

The offers are generated on random basis and they're directly sent by Sainsbury's. I would request you to contact Sainsbury's on 0800 63 62 62 and they'll be happy to assist you.

For any further assistance on your Nectar account, please confirm your date of birth for security.

Now you get all your personalised Nectar offers in one place, by downloading the Nectar App. Every Thursday you’ll get updated offers served directly to your personal stream. At a glance you can see what’s on offer and begin to reap your rewards.

This makes everything about the App more relevant to you, so you don’t have to waste time. You’re busy, we know that, so this is our way of making it easy to get your offers on the go.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can understand your disappointment as you feel that our offer for bonus points when you spend £30 on fuel is only aimed at car drivers and motorcyclists are missing out due to the fact that they don’t spend as much on fuel.

We're trialing different types of offers and validity periods to ensure we meet all our customers' needs, and I can understand that this hasn’t been met on your recent experience. I've shared your comments with our marketing team who'll take them into consideration when issuing similar coupons in future.

We appreciate the time you’ve taken to contact us and we’ll look forward to seeing you in store again soon.

Kind regards

Good result I think
