Took the TRX out this morning. Got a puncture in the brand new rear on the A59 near Clitheroe. Had to wait an hour and three quarters for recovery in the heat. Cost £25 to fix at SMD at Leigh, but so glad I had recovery at the end of the day or I wood have been fooked. Many thanks to the multitude of bikers who enquired after my welfare as well as a couple of car drivers.

Just had a nice afternoon bimble to Dunsop bridge and around Bowland with my 9 year old daughter.
While my wife took my eldest daughter clothes shopping around Preston.
A very enjoyable afternoon was had by all.
Now off to bed working tonight.

Rode to chester and too the twisties all the way back. Saw an RAF hercules pass over, omg! What a noise!!
