I'm after a car and know a few on here are in the trade, 1.9 astra around 2008.. what should I be looking for when viewing

Ok ok,not an 08 but a lad at work is selling cheap.

Personally i wouldn't ever buy a vauxhall, always Ford. Vauxhall always have problems with cam shaft sensors amongst other issues and poor locks that break easily without warning.
Won't Say anyone as you have two sorry.

And Fords aren't much better, you saw my ageing fiesta, just a lot cheaper and easier to fix.

Always liked Vauxhalls tbh, never had any major problems.. I was looking at civics around the same age but they all seem to be high mileage and repairs are expensive..
