Some sit ups and stomach crunches should to the trick.
I am sure CupidStunt would help you into a folding press too.
You'll realize how much pain you was not in afterward.

Just to keep you slag heaps updated (in case you don't peruse Facebook and stalk my statuses)

Chuffing NHS!
Arrived at Warrington hospital today around 2:30pm for an appointment at 3pm for a CT and MRI scan on my knee. I waited patiently and only got seen to at 5pm.
They couldn't scan my knee as the CT and MRI scan staff finish at 5pm
The consultant looked over my x-Rays and said I've done some serious damage; due to the blood and fat shown in the X-ray I've cracked a bone, may also have torn the cruciate ligament or torn the meniscus, or all possibly all 3 but he can't tell until I have the MRI and CT scan.
Quickest time to recover is 4 months, longest time to recover is 1 year.
I am so pissed off!

Knees are craps, poor design if you ask me. Hope it's not as bad as it sounds and you're back in action soon.
