oooouch - don't like to be the bearer of bad news but if it ligaments it's more painfull than a break and takes longer to heal - rub some Arnica cream on painful bits, I know it a bit hippy dippy but it do seem to work :P :P :P

I can deal with the ligament damage; it's the damaged ribs while trying to use crutches that's a bit painful...and taking deep breaths, and getting out of bed, and and and Image

Just do some physio.
Some sit ups and stomach crunches should to the trick.
I am sure CupidStunt would help you into a folding press too.
