Thought it was over 100mph on a motorway was an automatic ban, but still looking at a court appearance.
6 points and a hefty fine minimum I'd think.
Is your licence clean at the moment? Was lovely weather for a blip.
Bad luck pal.

Isn't 96mph a court summons maybe wrong but I'd be expecting 3 points min and around the £200+ fine mark

According to APCO its a summons at 96, so points and fine it is. I was lucky to be honest, they clocked me over a ton but only charged with the average.

Im on 4 pts at the minute so that takes me back up to 7......one day my license will be clean....one day!!!!

It's always hard to keep a straight face when they say we've caught you at just over a ton and your thinking good job I slowed down.....

I got done for 98,3mph on the M62. Just basic 3 points and a £80 fine.
