Post by Miss Fix It » 12 Jul 2015, 19:13

I had my first big (ish) bike lesson today :) its soo much easier than a 125! Rode an Er-5 at aintree. Really liked it there. Mod 1 is booked for the 27th. Has anyone taken their mod 2 at southport? Mine is booked for there but they said the examiners are abit mean

Hope so. Went to arrow training school by j&s in northwich cause me and loose sprockets were down there and the instructor said my riding was dangerous and I'd need loads of lessons. Pete didn't agree and the guy today said my riding was fine. Just hope I don't fuck up

I think he's probably trying to make you book shit loads of lessons, you rode very well on our bimble the other week, I'm no instructor by any means but I saw nothing at all for you to worry about.

I reckon the hardest bit of the whole test is the walking of the bike at the start of mod 1 - us girlies find they a bit heavy - you practice that and you'll fly through the rest. Did mine a few years ago on a 125 and went down the 2 year route, such a shame they don't do that now. If you find yourself getting tense just have a big sigh and drop your shoulders down.

Biking is soooo much fun :D :D :D :D
