New bike
So, as a few of you already know, I became bored and decided to get something for the summer months. After a month or so of looking out for one,I managed to pick up an immaculate model, a Ducati Monster M600. 98 plate, 10k on the clocks, full service history, new belts 400 miles ago, not a single scratch and to top it off, new tyres that were barely even scrubbed in. After getting used to the dry clutch and very different gearbox, it has become a joy to ride, handles as well as any other bike I've owned (better in some cases) and has enough pull to get me around comfortably. All in all, I'm a very happy chappy.

I'm not a happy chappy... My boyfriend has gone from speeding everywhere to saying 'I want to ride slow and enjoy the view'
Re: New bike

Very nice bikes.
One question.
You sure about a dry clutch?
I thought the 600 had a wet clutch and it was the 900 with a dry one?

Could be right on that one. Only had it a couple of days so I'm still looking into everything. The original plan was to get a 9.lee wrote:Very nice bikes.
