Having a nightmare

Post by Fronkey » 26 May 2015, 18:23

Well I was replacing my exhaust at the weekend an it all went wrong. Stud snapped and wouldn't move.

Rang round a few garages and no one would give me the time of day. I explained that I was desperate as I'm riding out to the GP on the 9th still not interested. Except wigan yamaha - they have actually picked up my bike today are are going to sort it for me. Despite being booked up for the next 2 weeks.

I just thought they needed a mention as I think that's really good of them.

i foresee a post entitled "totally bum raped on price to remove one snapped stud, wish i hadn't told them i was desperate to have my bike fixed and no one else would do it" or something similar anyway.

To be honest I don't give a toss on the price. I've got grid access at the gp I would have Brought another bike if necessary this is the cheap option.

Some bikes are just easy to ride on the road. The vfr is the same so easy to ride. On the track or spain with the lads it's a pudding but uk roads. It's a star to ride.
