bike trailer

I've got myself a small trailer that i am wanting to rip apart and use the frame to transport off road bikes with
I can't for the life of me find the name of the galvanised guttering / channel you see on lots of bike trailers
any ideas?

id say its called a Channel . single as one channel double has two channels etc

Theses a place just outside chorley near Eccleston that does trailers and parts , if that helps .Barlow Trailers stock a lot of new and secondhand Ifor Willliams parts and trailers

If it's not standard PFC, the company that manufactured the trailer may have fabricated some channel sections by folding sheet steel.

Don't forget that Ye Olde English Channel sections are slightly different to the modern European sections.

thanks for the info guys, I was hoping the "channels " used on these bike trailers was something used in the building trade or something like that not specifically fabricated for bike trailers
