Right I can't get my avatar pic small enough I need help as I don't have a pc any more just my tablet can someone use this image and re size it for me ?

Go online.
Type in free avatar maker.

There are loads that will resize the pic and give you a link to paste into your settings.
Thats how I did mine from my phone.
