I was going to ask the police to sit in the house im building tomorrow, 3 bikes went past this morning doing around 60/70 no lids, no plates, no gear, and balaclava' up, this were church road in Huyton again just before the park.
Also a scooter nearly crashed into me as I were getting into my car/ also no lid
