Exactly, I did, to compound and thus highlight.
Just to use "they" and "them" suggests a segregation, which their shouldn't be. To be honest, I don't know if I am considered a "them" or "us", but I am sure I am one of the "we" as are we all.

Anyway, you started all this... pack it in as it'd been a really positive (and crucially inclusive!) thread up to that point
