So can we agree that you shouldn't check the forum if you have yet to watch a race, and there may be spoilers if you look here first?
Happens often how people follow loads of motorbike racers, journos etc on twitter, then complain when race results and opinions are discussed, like Twitter should wait until they have watched it, lol (though it would be a nice feature to only show posts before a certain time)

I always avoid everything when I’m time lapsing. I’ve been caught out a few times by radio and tv news. I Don’t have a problem staying off the internet.
