Alloy plate - any one cut me some to size ?

I have a cunning plan, but in short i need some alloy plate cut to size around 3mm thick.
8" wide at one end, 6" at the other and around 8" long
It's going to be used to reinforce the underside of a seat unit that's just fibreglass - and i need something solid underneath to bolt a top box to the top side.
I am taking the RC30 to europe later this year for a week, and as such needless to say its touring and luggage capabilities are zero. It also likes a little drink of oil every 500 miles or so, so i want to carry some with me just in case.
I plan on bolting an old shitty top box to the seat unit.
I tried with some old metal luggage hooks and the like, but they wont carry much weight wise.
