No personal experience Richie but as they're part of the same group as Millennium I wouldn't be too hopeful.

I've purchased three new bikes from Chorley Yamaha in the last couple of years, and have no complaints whatsoever with the sales or after-sales service. I don't have any direct experience with Wigan Yamaha, but Chorley and Wigan Yamaha used to be part of a single franchise. They were aquired by KJM/MotoGB a few years back. But the staff are largely the same as they were, and IME they will do the right thing by their customers. So, I'd certainly recommend Chorley Yamaha, and Wigan by association.

I've certainly encountered far worse dealers, inside and outside of the KJM group.

If you want a new Yamaha, and don't want to deal with the Masons, then Raceways in Fleetwood are independent, and have an excellent reputation. They're also competitive when offering a deal IME.

Mate of mine came all the way from Rhyl to buy a bike from them last year.
No complaints from him as yet. I believe it was an FJR on 0% finance
