Re: MOT
Cab is wrong you only need sorn if no tax
But either way no insurance or no tax or no mot your vehicle is not allowed on the public highway, no mot means your vehicle has not been tested for current roadworthy ness for example a car could have jagged edges posing a rid to Jo bloggs. Oh and the police will take it
But to correct a point you only ever need to sorn a vehicle if it isn't taxed

Re: MOT
Can't you put it in your garage/living room etc?
Never looked into it and cba doing so either but if you aren't riding her then whats the harm laying her up indoors without an MOT? Isn't an MOT only a validity issue when you are using or parked on a public highway?
My Nelli is laid up with no Tax in my mates shop- no problem as she's not on the road. Still has insurance and MOT.
