Post by stevej30 » 03 Apr 2015, 14:03

Hi i would like to see if i could get some help i have recently purchased a 2005 Suzuki 650 Bandit S it only had 9k on the clock and is immaculate its had an aftermarket can made by REMUS and heated grips and a ScotOiler kit added. upon first few rides bike ran smooth as silk but after a run to Southport from St Helens on return trip she became lumpy and boggy in first and second and idle at lights blipped loads.. the bike runs perfect when cold from first start but after about 20 mins the problem become apparent every ride.... the exhaust pops and bangs and flames alot once warmed up.... it has been with two mechanics once at Millenium motorcycles in St Helens and at P & K and it has left both shops with a clean bill of health having the carbs stripped and cleaned.... HOWEVER as soon as bike warms up its back to her grumpy old self please help as i'm totally lost..... thanks..
