It will be all 20mph areas in greater Manchester then spreading further afield

And so they should.
Should be minimum 6 points for exceeding a 20mph limit.

I was told its unenforceable a while back ? It's not easy either ! Maintaining sub 20 mph is more challenging than you think ! My tip would to get off and push FFS

It was unenforceable but its coming into force greater Manchester being the first

There's already loads of cameras in the city centre so the councils will probably have a plan to add more to rake in all that money from road users lo..
