Any first hand advice of personal injury and bike repairs
Re: Any first hand advice of personal injury and bike repair
So i got a letter saying the other side has accepted liability over the accident.
Next step is to speak with a doctor about any injuries and ongoing issues.
Hopefully will get the out of pocket expenses to cover the kit etc pretty soon. Then the injury settlement.

Bike and kit if it was covered should be quick, the injurys and expenses can take a long time if injuries are extensive, they paid out my bike within weeks yet the rest took best part of 2 yearslee wrote:So i got a letter saying the other side has accepted liability over the accident.

Kit doesnt need to be covered.
Everything is being claimed from the other party so it is classed as an out of pocket expense. They damaged my kit. They need to replace.
They reckon once liability is admitted its a case of deciding if injuries will get any worse etc or what they will cause further on that can drag it out.
Mine is pretty straightforward and wont be a great deal of money.
