I chopped my original seat pan and cut a couple of v's in it and re-welded then bashed with a mallet and oak block former to create the hump. I also welded a captive nut to the rear to fix the seat in place through the rear mudguard.

After relocating the battery I could not resist giving it a try. https://vimeo.com/152070661

I've started wiring my clocks up. Everything was going well until I got to the neutral and oil light as these circuits switch the -ve ! I'm going to ha to get a couple of SPST 12volt interposing relays. The tacho is also in need of a wire from the coil switch circuit to make that work and then it's a case of programming with the Chinese instructions which should be fun. I'm making a couple of exhausts pipes myself. The tripper at pipe worx wanted £50-£100 per side just for link pipes !

Them Chinese clocks I had to tap into the ecu wire as the coil was a volt or two out

Saddle up ! I'm pleased with the seat. Looks good on the bike too. I should have it ready and running for the MOT by next week.
