Re: Hi Again
Vfr 1200 crosstourer is a little narrower than the 800 and cheap enough now. 5/6k used, i do like the new Africa twin but undoubtably it'll get half inched quickly.
Re: Hi Again
I'm not so sure about that Crosstourer, and yes the Africa Twin is a great looking bike but is very slow on road.rumpoldstilskin wrote:Vfr 1200 crosstourer is a little narrower than the 800 and cheap enough now. 5/6k used, i do like the new Africa twin but undoubtably it'll get half inched quickly.
Re: Hi Again
Interesting Honda news/info:
I called Hunts Motorcycles yesterday to arrange a test ride on the VFR1200F and they've said they don't have any because Honda has stopped production.
I asked if a new model would be appearing at the Milan show and was told we'll have to wait and see

If you're in that market, I would be looking at the FJR for a test ride too.

Yeah, they don't look as road bias as the Super Ten', Exploder or a BMW R GS. The "Af Tw" seems to be up on it's toes by comparison. That big front wheel is gone resist bend swing too.pch1 wrote:I'm not so sure about that Crosstourer, and yes the Africa Twin is a great looking bike but is very slow on road.rumpoldstilskin wrote:Vfr 1200 crosstourer is a little narrower than the 800 and cheap enough now. 5/6k used, i do like the new Africa twin but undoubtably it'll get half inched quickly.
