I'm back in the game.

Post by signorejambo » 18 Mar 2016, 18:00

I was a member on here 5 or 6 years ago, but I can't remember my details.

Anyway, my name is Jay. After a while off bikes (5 years to be exact), I'm picking up a CBR600 tomorrow, but annoying I won't be able to play :(

Where do people meet up these days? J&S Northwich seemed popular when I went for a new lid last week, and it's not too far from me — a leisurely 25 mins or so from Runcorn. Way back when, Hen & Chicks in Mahgull was quite popular, but I haven't been there for about 10 years so I don't know if that's still a thing. I'm assuming southport pier is also still popular.

Looking for some good meets & rides towards Stockport way too since I'll probably be moving up there over summer, so if you know of any that'll be great.

Hi and welcome back
There's a couple good meets in Runcorn/Widnes on a Tuesday night. First stop is Cafe 500 and then on to the car wash near Runcorn train station.

I'm moving over to Macclesfield, so will also be on the lookout for suitable bike meets on that side of Manchester.
