Perhaps, but the extra un-sprung mass would detract from the nimble ride the small blocks enjoy. Detail such as this allows the Guzzi small block shafty range to box above their weight in the real world. At your tender years you should try one.

Ducati have a 400 coming out A2 compliant. Haven't we got a contingent at the Milan show? That 959 panigale with 154bhp looks like a change of direction.... 899 then 1199 then 1299 ? Go figure !

Er no.

1098 , 1099, 1199, 1299

Also running concurrently

748, 848, 899 and now 959.

So the direction is constant.
