often see a lot of riders filling their bike whilst sat on it. petrol and hot engine not a good combination!!

I rarely fill mine any other way, sit on rather than on the side stand as none of my bikes have a centre stand the tank won't brim.

On my air/oil cooled BMW rNineT tuther month, i accidentally spilled petrol onto the exhaust down pipes/headers after a hard ride and newt happened.

That guy must have latched the filler like most yanks, or have more money than sense as that fire started way past his back tyre.

Only in America.

I always dance with my other male model friends while spraying each other with petrol...
