Been a busy past few days, the headstock bearings are fitted along with the forks and clamps, clocks, headlight and handlebars. Next the wiring loom went back in with the rear undertray.
Today the tyres were fitted back on the rims and the front wheel fitted, then came the biggy, putting the engine back in, bit of pig that was, but she's in now along with the air box, new irridium plugs and the cleaned up coil packs. The tank and plastics are ready to go to the painters. Weather permitting i'll sort the carbs out tomorrow and may get the new braided front brake lines on and bled.
The replacement swingarm is also prepped and ready to go back to the powdercoaters.

Today, carbs fitted, what a job to get them back into the carb rubbers, ended up heating them with a hair dryer to soften them. Throttle and choke cables fitted, vacuum and breather hoses fitted, coils back on. Side stand, pillion pegs, footrests and seat locking mechanism The front brake lines and calipers fitted & bled. I've also removed the top yolk and resprayed it as it was looking really tatty from keys bashing around on it.
Nearly there now......... :D :D :D

I also think it is a nice touch to align the forks so that the top nuts are even. Flats forward or corners to the clamp slots.
