Picked up the replacement swingarm from the powdecoaters last night and fitted the new roller bearings then fitted it back into the frame.

Next up was to install the suspension linkage ( with all new bearings and spacers ) and shock.

Note to self, next time check to see you've installed the chain runner, it'll save you a whole load of time taking everything apart again to retro fit

Next, loose fit the rear wheel with new sprocket,

and fit the refurbished rear caliper, new braided lines and cleaned up torque arm.

A nice new DID gold chain and JT front sprocket

Then fit the sprayed chain adjuster's and axle markers, footpegs and pillion/ exhaust hangers

So here she is almost complete, tomorrow i'll fill and bleed the rear caliper with dot4, fit the end can, set the chain tension and then await the refitting of the freshly painted plastics and tank with new decals, should be ready to collect next weekend.

Sunday she got fired up and was running like a pig, wouldn't run on idle and when held at 2k she spluttered and hunted so ordered a carb balancer and today did the job of balancing the carbs. With the addition of a new standard air filter she now runs, revs and idles like a dream, happy days.. :D :D

Today I collected the tank, front mud-guard and rear fairing from the sprayers. Bought the decals off ebay and had the paint shop attach them then clear coat over the top, they did a cracking job. So the bike is now all back together and running well, took her out for a break in few miles earlier and it feels, looks and rides like a new bike, really happy with the results. Here's the finished bike.
