I went for the seal Evo type kit, made a larger seal to defend against any leaks /unwanted dirt

Goes well and sounds the business!

Yours is a well better setup. R kid had the renegade on his tuono and the air filter didn't fit properly so it was crushed by the tank and the rubber flap that goes round the lower part of the air box just didn't seal against the under side if the tank. He put the whole setup baick to stock and the bike ran load's beter with a generic pc3 map. Me falco had the same but I put it on eBay with a forza chip and made 80 quid .are do you have twin cans cans on yours.

Yea dual akra's but I'm after some carbon or titanium mivv's at the moment.

My airbox is good was dirt cheap because the seal was fucked so 25 quid and the I ordered some 3mm thick rubber and cut out my own seal (made it larger than the standard one too). The standard replacement is £30!!

It's goin to be a few weeks till the falco is ready to ride . I want it to be super reliable so doin lots of warm up and cool downs before dyno time . The r1 was boss but it was a bit unreliable so i sold it to a drag racer from Latvia last year

There hasn't been much progress with the falco recently. Been stalking the aprilia forums for info on tb setup. Had it running but got idle issues. Not sure if it's the huge injectors or a bad PC3 or tb sync. The only way to sort this broblem is by process of elimination so I have fitted the stock injectors with no PC3.
I will get there eventually.
