Baffle bolt rounded ( hex )

Just gone to try and take the baffle out and the allen key just rounded it off, can't get above it to hammer a torque bit in so has anyone got another idea ??

Where are you? If you have one- cut a line across the diameter of the head and remove with a flat bladed screwdriver. (Use a cutting disc on a dremel. Come mine and use my tools of you haven't got one- I'm in all evening, ticketing with the Nelli)

Cheers for offer the mate, I'm in Oldham and stuck in tonight unfortunately.. don't think I could get a dremel in the space I have..

Got a photo?
If an Allen key can fit surely you could just drill the head off and re-tap with the next 'M' size bolt

Penetrating fluid and warm it up. Then try. Or cut the head off with a dremel Al a Will
