Phoned a few can get normal bolts from m6 x 30 upwards I'm thinking to get these and try and get 4mm washers but thinking they may leak it's for a oil sump as ones I have are like cheese

Try Quasar industrial fasteners in Guide Bridge 339 4445.
Or Brian Popes in Stockport 480 8322. I use these for work and both have decent stocks of all sorts of bolts.

If you're going down the bolt and washer route, use a fibre washer not a steel one, wouldn't recommend it as a permanent fix but it'll keep you going until you can get the proper ones.

I ended up using m6 stainless steel 2 mm washer and blue loctite and instant gasket seems no leak so far been 3 hours
