Capped off a good biking weekend - yesterday pulled a full dayer with a trip up through the Trough of Bowland then from Lancaster up to Penrith (all on back roads) cut into the lakes and then over to Keswick (lunch at the Filling Station) - back down to Lancaster and back through the trough ...fanta...

...managed an eary dart from work so did an oil and filter change which is bang on due, swapped out the back wheel for a spare I have that has some rubber that needs burning, cleaned, adjusted and lubed the chain and give the bike a quick wash...time for a quick beer !
