Ah good old shifts. Im glad to say its nice easy days for me now. I miss the days off but my god i don't miss the nights / weekends. Ours were conti shifts but we did 4 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights 3 off, 4 days 7 off. We were desperate not to go on 4 on 4 off, its easier on the body but ...

Anyone here work the 4 on 4 off? If so how do you find it for you?
