did you do the renegade conversion.they give good hp gains but you can end up sucking in un filtered air.check out my air box.

Yeah woody I could do your but this one's took me nearly fuckin years.
with work and the kids and wife I only get a couple of hours a week to work on it. When they did your big bore do they raise the compression.

Doubtful that corrosion would have caused the failure, unless it was very badly pitted. It's also possible that acid cleaning has compounded a slight flaw in the material. Was it the soft link (joining link)? If so it is likely that a stress fracture was caused buy the link being peened. The pin lo...

Making some good progress with the falco now. Just getting all the tiny details sorted before it goes to OTC for mapping cos Pete closes the shop and fucks off to the tt for 3 weeks. set the tps cos it was out. upload a home made map to the power commander so I can ride it to the mot adjust the carb...

Yeah should be an awesome ride. The falco is a semi naked bike away but I think it looks better with a bellypan which will help to keep shit off the turbo. Insurance isn't a lot more. I havnt told them yet but my r1 turbo was about 550 a year full comp. This is what it was like Pre turbo.

Are the budget chain really as poor quality as a lot of people make out. Has anyone ever had a chain fail. This was a cheap ish one from M&B where I have bought lots of bike bits and never had any quality issues.
