already redid all the carbs, first thing i did, had them apart and they looked alright, but bought the kits and thought id leave the air/fuel screw, i have new ones ready to go in, went to put em in last night thinking it'd be a 2 minute job...how wrong was i

Air/Fuel screw

Okay, so i i have a stuck air/fuel mix screw, its on a virago 535, someone in the past has wound it all the way in, and just left it there, been running like crap since i bought it. finally had a look at it, and this is the problem. Anyone seen this before? and anyone got a way to get it out? Cheers...

Has it stopped cutting out, and did you clear the errors codes

if not could be the coil, if you've got an multi-meter, could try a resistance test

With error codes, it doesn't show exactly whats wrong, just the general area

We did a CBR clutch in college last year n we had a similar problem, turns out the clutch basket could only fit in one way coz there where locating pins that only allowed it to fit one way. Could be that?
